Melissa Iacobucci

Melissa A. Iacobucci a family law attorney practicing in Chester, Montgomery, and Berks County, who devotes her practice solely to divorce, custody, support, equitable distribution, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and abuse matters. . As both an advocate and advisor for her clients, she assists them in achieving their goals and objectives through strategic planning and skilled negotiation. Ms. Iacobucci recognizes that each client’s situation is unique and she tailors her approach and strategy accordingly. Effective legal representation is not one size fits all, and Ms. Iacobucci is dedicated to providing trusted and thoughtful guidance through highly emotional and personal family and financial issues. She is also a certified mediator for cases involving family law issues.

After graduating law school, Ms. Iacobucci worked for a general practitioner, where she was exposed to several areas of the law, including family law. Ms. Iacobucci decided that she wanted to practice family law exclusively and had the opportunity to work for a prominent family law attorney in the Philadelphia region. Thereafter, she continued to hone her family law skills at boutique family law firms.

Melissa is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Chester County Bar Association, and Montgomery Bar Association. She was recently selected to participate in the PBA Family Law Section Leadership Development Program and is a past member of the MBA Leadership Academy. She also previously chaired the MBA Women in the Law Committee and served a three-year term on the MBA Board of Directors.

Melissa earned her law degree from Temple University School of Law. Prior to law school, she graduated from Williams College, earning a B.A. in English and Political Science. A Phoenixville native, she graduated from The Shipley School in Bryn Mawr.

She currently lives in Phoenixville with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs.
